If you have a job that you need to cancel, please follow the steps below. Please note that you will need to cancel your job at least 4 hours before the job start time in order for the job to be successfully cancelled. If you do not cancel your job 4 hours before the job start time, you may be subject to a no-show fee.

To cancel a job:

1) Sign into your account on the Frontline Education website

2) Click on the ufffdJobsufffd tab

3) Find the job that you need to cancel and click on the ufffdDetailsufffd button

4) On the job details page, scroll down to the ufffdCancel Jobufffd section

5) Enter a reason for cancelling the job and click on the ufffdCancel Jobufffd button
